Laundry Service was really very excellent. Cleaning was maintained. House keeping was on time. Food Quality was good . Staff behaviour was nice . No disturbance. Transport services was on time . And Interior design of room is very beautiful. @jigardasuri

Worst hotel service ever - even for a 3-star hotel

Booked this hotel via booking.com as it was near to my India office and recommended by a colleague from my India office. This was for a long-term stay and the booking was guaranteed by credit card. However, the hotel front desk was not professional at all. They insisted that they can only accept credit card payment in SGD at 1AM (India time) and not in INR - every traveller has the right to choose their preferred forex rates!!!! Feels super dodgy from this point onwards. The area outside the hotel is also a mess - such a downgrade.

A not so pleasant experience . Food was okay. Staff was totally none co-operative. Would like to appreciate the good staff but an overall lack of professionalism was surely evident. Most of the times you told a NO for even the smallest of the tasks. Management should understand that people are coming from far off places and they need more of assistance. One of the reception guy at midnight didnt even speak properly while checking out. I hope the hotel considers the seriousness of these issues into account and take necessary actions. Would appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and a few good staff at reception and restaurant.

The hospitality wasn't as per expectation. Most of the hotel team don't converse in English at all. Their room temperature can't be controlled. Only one person in the entire hotel was helpful. Food isn't the best. Lack of food choices for the said price. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
